The Custom Home Store has taken advantage of the free trade agreement
between Canada & the U.S. by purchasing the raw materials in Canada, and the finishing materials in the United States.
QUALITY:
All lumber materials are milled in Canada, kiln dried, grade stamped and hand selected at our manufacturing plants.
All component parts such as Windows, Doors, Vinyl siding, and Shingles etc... are name brand materials. (In no way will we use any substandard materials or seconds.)
COST:
Our costs are well controlled. Consider the following savings that we pass on to you:
- NAFTA has allowed us to take advantage of the relatively weak Canadian dollar and export direct from Canada to the USA.
- We are specialists in the concept of just in time delivery. Many of the components for your house will be delivered direct form the manufacturer to your building site. (This not only eliminates waste but gives you a better quality product since there is less chance of damage and there is no stale dated stock.)
- We out source much of our work activity and are able to maintain one of the lowest overhead costs in the industry.
DELIVERY:
All of our estimating and paper work is fully mechanized, and we are able to guarantee delivery within three weeks of the signing of a
contract and approved drawings.

Factory Representatives are available for on site advisory service and a 24 hour help line is available for assistance.
FINANCING:
We arrange for full financing for qualified customers
